Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Uzbekistan e-Visa assistance portal operated by E Services Network (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing this website, starting an application, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this portal.

Nature of the Service

This portal provides online assistance for foreign nationals applying for a Uzbekistan electronic visa (e-Visa). We help you prepare, review and submit application data and supporting documents through a guided process.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific page:

• We are an independent assistance service and are not part of any government authority.
• The final visa decision is made solely by the competent authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan (including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and border control officials).
• You may also apply directly through the official immigration e-Visa system without using this portal.
• Information on this site is provided for guidance and does not constitute legal advice.

Eligibility & User Responsibilities

By using this portal, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or you are applying with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You hold a valid ordinary passport (or other accepted travel document) that meets Uzbekistan entry requirements.
• Your nationality and travel purpose qualify for a Uzbekistan e-Visa or the category you are applying for.
• All information and documents you submit are true, complete and accurate.
• You will not use the portal for fraudulent, unlawful or misleading purposes.
• You are responsible for checking visa requirements, fees and entry rules before travel.

Providing false information or forged documents may result in application refusal, visa cancellation, denial of entry, or legal action.

Application Process

The standard application flow includes:

• Selecting nationality and passport type on the Apply page.
• Choosing arrival date, visa duration and purpose of visit.
• Entering applicant details and uploading required documents.
• Reviewing your submission on the preview page.
• Paying applicable consular and service fees.
• Receiving the approved e-Visa by email when issued by the authorities.

Processing times shown on this portal (typically 3–4 business days) are estimates only. Delays may occur due to document review, public holidays, security checks or additional verification.

You must apply sufficiently in advance of your intended arrival. We are not responsible for missed travel due to late applications or incomplete submissions.

Fees & Payment

Fees displayed on the Fees page and during checkout may include:

• Consular fees — official charges set by the Republic of Uzbekistan for the visa category.
• Processing / service fees — charges for application assistance, review and related support.

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed before your application is submitted for processing.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Consular fees are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted to the authorities, even if a visa is refused.

No Guarantee of Approval

Payment of fees and successful submission of an application does not guarantee that a Uzbekistan e-Visa will be granted. Visa approval remains at the sole discretion of the competent Uzbekistan authorities.

Reasons for refusal may include, without limitation:

• Incomplete or incorrect application data.
• Invalid, expired or non-compliant supporting documents.
• Security, immigration or eligibility concerns identified during review.
• Changes to visa policy or nationality rules after you apply.

We are not liable for refusal, delay or cancellation of a visa by the authorities.

Documents & Data

You are solely responsible for the quality and authenticity of uploaded documents (passport scans, photographs, insurance, invitations, etc.). Files must be legible, current and match the information entered in your application.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using this portal, you also agree to those data practices.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the portal, servers or other users’ data.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the website or application systems.
• Use automated scripts, bots or scrapers without our written permission.
• Reproduce, resell or commercially exploit portal content without authorisation.
• Submit applications on behalf of others without lawful authority to do so.

We may suspend or refuse service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Intellectual Property

All content on this portal — including text, graphics, logos, layout and software — is owned by or licensed to E Services Network unless otherwise noted. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use related to your visa application.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from portal content without prior written consent.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This portal and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
• We are not responsible for decisions made by Uzbekistan immigration or consular authorities.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including missed flights, accommodation or business opportunities).
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the portal shall not exceed the service fees you paid to us for the relevant application.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. See also our Disclaimer.

Third-Party Links & Services

The portal may link to external websites (including official government resources, payment providers or document viewers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of third-party sites. Accessing external links is at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, visa policy or our services. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated Last updated date. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of this portal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall first be addressed through good-faith contact with us. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration forum as required by applicable law.
