Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making the Uzbekistan e-Visa portal usable for everyone.
Our Commitment
Last updated: July 28, 2026
E Services Network is committed to ensuring that the Uzbekistan e-Visa assistance portal is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities and users of assistive technologies.
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably practicable, and we continue to review and improve the site experience.
Accessibility Measures
To support inclusive access, this website includes the following features:
- Skip to main content link at the top of every page for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- Semantic HTML landmarks, headings and lists to help assistive technologies navigate page structure.
- Keyboard navigation for primary menus, buttons, forms and interactive controls.
- Visible focus states on links, buttons and form fields where supported by the design system.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, icons paired with visible labels, and descriptive link titles where appropriate.
- ARIA attributes on navigation, breadcrumbs and other dynamic interface elements.
- Responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes, zoom levels and mobile devices.
- Readable typography using clear font families, sufficient line spacing and scalable text.
- Form labels and instructions on visa application steps to reduce errors and improve comprehension.
Compatibility
This portal is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, including:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Apple Safari
It should also be usable with common assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers and speech-recognition software, although individual results may vary depending on browser, operating system and assistive tool combinations.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Examples may include:
- Third-party embedded content or external document viewers that are not fully controlled by this portal.
- Uploaded applicant documents (passport scans, photos, PDFs) that depend on the accessibility of the source file supplied by the user.
- Older PDFs or legacy pages that are still being reviewed for contrast, structure or keyboard support.
- Some icon-only controls on complex application screens where additional labelling may still be improved.
We are actively working to identify and resolve accessibility barriers as the portal evolves.
